Fernwood Social Run Club
Fernwood Social Run Club is a community-focused run club in Victoria that prioritizes mental health and inclusive physical activity. We meet Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 7:00 am at Fernwood Coffee/Parsonage Cafe (1105 Caledonia Ave) and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm in Fernwood Square by the Belfry Theatre. Runs offer multiple pace groups from around 4‑10 km with paces ranging from about 7:15/km to 6:00/km, plus a walking group. Everyone is welcome to join; just show up and enjoy a friendly run, coffee and conversation.
