Important note: This is a *summer-only* run club, running from early June to around mid-September. Information and dates are posted on the club's Strava, Instagram, and WhatsApp group chat found through the website.

About the club: NARC is a social run club that welcomes everybody. From around 6:00-6:15 is announcements, safety briefing, and warm-up. From 6:15 to around 6:50PM is a social pace 5km run along the waterfront, and then 7:00-7:45PM is a free instructor-led yoga class in the park. There is a short break at the 2.5km halfway point of the run to take a group picture. This community is welcoming, social, and beginner friendly, with plenty of opportunity to chat and socialize with people. If you want to just do the run or yoga portion, you can do that too!

Meeting area: Near the water in Coronation Park.

Paces: The group keeps things inclusive and offers a mix of paces so everyone feels welcome (somewhere between 6:00/km at the front, and 7:30/km+ towards the back).

Yoga portion: If you prefer to use a yoga mat, make sure to bring your own. Otherwise, feel free to use a picnic blanket, towel, or do yoga directly on the grass!

Bag drop: Though Not A Run Club will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, we will always have someone keeping an eye on your things to ensure they are safe.
