Club de course : les Pas en Forme

Open to all levels and ages, come as you are. , LGBTQ+ friendly, kids friendly, dog friendly. We usually do 1 round of the outer ring of the park which is approx 5.3km. intervals, tempo runs, Hill runs and other are offered depending on the group and the mood. We circle back to get the slower runners so you are never alone ! If you run faster you end up doing more distance. Approx 45 min to 60 min Warmups included
